2024 SPRING TRAINING PROGRAM
We are happy to announce the following Spring Training opportunities beginning in February and March.
Youth Hitting Session at Christian Brothers Academy with Varsity Baseball Coach Marty Kenney Jr., E. Brunswick Varsity Baseball Coach Chris Kenney, former CBA Varsity Baseball Coach Marty Kenney Sr and and CBA Assistant Coaches Pat Reynolds and Gary Gottlob.
This preseason hitting session will introduce drills to reinforce the proper mechanics of a swing. Each session will be tailored to the grade levels providing appropriate training for the registrants. If the weather permits the clinic will take place outdoors. If we are unable to go outdoors it will take place in our gymnasiums.
Middle School Hitting Session at Christian Brothers Academy with Varsity Baseball Coach Marty Kenney Jr., E. Brunswick Varsity Baseball Coach Chris Kenney, former CBA Varsity Baseball Coach Marty Kenney Sr and and CBA Assistant Coaches Pat Reynolds and Gary Gottlob.
This (5) day preseason hitting session will introduce drills used to strengthen and increase bat speed . Players will be introduced to a modified over-load and under-load training as well as strengthening components that include medicine ball work to aid swing performance. Blast Motion sensors will be implemented to provide players with instant feed back. This session is for a more experienced player.
