Hitting & Rotational Training Program
This winter we will be offering a 6-week Hitting and Rotational Training program. The Program will take place on Sunday mornings.
The winter training program is designed to build foundational and rotational strength and is modeled after the same program that our current CBA players participate in.
Each session will include:
This 6-week winter session will introduce \strengthening components that include medicine ball work to aid swing performance. Blast Motion sensors will be implemented to provide players with instant feed back and measurements. This session is for a more experienced player.

- Rotational Training - medicine ball based exercises to strengthen the players' swing and throwing movements
- Hitting Training - to build a stronger swing and mechanics
